Having tried our automatic dispatch system we together with the South African agency have agreed that all requests for E-pins purchases below 3 pins can be requested by email to ONLY the following address

If you have not received any E-pins via your back office for single purchases please re-request these via email and you will be assisted.  If you have recieved pins that later became invalid please make the agency aware so that they may assist.  

 

The turn around time for E-pin dispatch via email will now be 72 hours on weekdays to ensure all procedures are followed for dispatch to take place. This is due to the number of incorrect and duplicated requests that are comming through on the back office and email.

 

Please refrain from duplicating requests and sending incorrect information as this has an effect on your own dispatch and that of others.
